MindTrack הוא כלי ליווי לטיפול קוגניטיבי-התנהגותי (CBT). המטופל/ת מתעד/ת יומן בין הפגישות, והמטפל/ת המלווה יכול/ה לראות את התיעוד כדי לתמוך בטיפול. אנו מתייחסים לנתונים שלך — ובמיוחד לתוכן הרגשי — ברגישות ובזהירות.

כיצד אנו משתמשים בנתונים

איננו מוכרים את הנתונים שלך, ואיננו משתמשים בהם לפרסום.

שיתוף עם המטפל/ת

כברירת מחדל, המטפל/ת המקושר/ת אליך יכול/ה לראות את רשומות היומן שלך כדי ללוות אותך. את/ה שולט/ת בכך: ניתן להסתיר רשומה בודדת מהמטפל/ת. רק המטפל/ת המקושר/ת אליך יכול/ה לראות את הנתונים שלך — לא מטפלים אחרים ולא משתמשים אחרים.

אחסון ואבטחה

הנתונים נשמרים אצל ספק תשתית ענן (Supabase / PostgreSQL). הגישה מוגבלת ברמת מסד הנתונים (Row Level Security) כך שכל משתמש/ת ניגש/ת רק לנתונים שלו/ה, והמטפל/ת רק לנתוני המטופלים המקושרים אליו/ה. התקשורת מוצפנת (HTTPS).

שמירה ומחיקה

אנו שומרים את הנתונים כל עוד החשבון פעיל. תוכל/י לבקש מחיקת החשבון והנתונים בכל עת בפנייה לכתובת האימייל שלמעלה, ונמחק אותם בתוך זמן סביר.

הזכויות שלך

יש לך זכות לגשת לנתונים שלך, לתקן אותם, ולבקש את מחיקתם. לכל בקשה — פנה/י לכתובת האימייל שלמעלה.

גיל

השירות מיועד לשימוש במסגרת טיפול ואינו מיועד לילדים מתחת לגיל 12 ללא הסכמת אפוטרופוס.

חשוב — לא שירות חירום

MindTrack אינו שירות חירום ואינו תחליף לטיפול מקצועי. במצוקה מיידית יש לפנות לעזרה מקצועית או לשירותי החירום המקומיים.

Privacy Policy — MindTrack

MindTrack is a CBT companion. Patients journal between sessions; their linked therapist can view entries to support the therapy. We treat your data — especially emotional content — with care.

Data we collect

Account: email, full name, password (encrypted, handled by our auth provider).
Journal content: event descriptions, thoughts, emotions and intensities, cognitive distortions, alternative thoughts, belief ratings.
Usage: streaks, points (XP), reminder preferences.
Therapist link: if you enter an invite code, the link to your therapist.

We do not collect location, contacts, or advertising identifiers.

How we use it

To provide the service and sync your journal across devices.
To share entries with your linked therapist, per your sharing settings.
To send local reminders (if enabled).

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Sharing with your therapist

By default your linked therapist can see your journal entries. You control this: you can hide an individual entry. Only your linked therapist can see your data — no other therapists or users.

Storage & security

Data is stored with a cloud provider (Supabase / PostgreSQL) and access is enforced at the database level (Row Level Security): each user reaches only their own data, and a therapist only their linked patients. Traffic is encrypted (HTTPS).

Retention & deletion

We keep data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and data anytime via the contact email; we will delete it within a reasonable time.

Not an emergency service

MindTrack is not an emergency service and not a substitute for professional care. In a crisis, contact professional help or local emergency services.
